At Adaptive Star Mobility Inc., we know you have many options when shopping for mobility equipment. We greatly appreciate you placing your order with us, will do everything we can to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Please understand that shopping for assistive technology and adaptive equipment is not a normal shopping experience. In general, these special products are very specific in nature and custom in design. The products we sell are often made to order to meet specific needs, therefore products are not always sitting on a shelf.

Shipping Time Frame
For standard equipment without any modification’s orders ship within 10 business days from date of order.
Should there be a delay due to circumstances beyond our control we will notify you as quickly as possible.
Shipping charges apply to all orders under $500. Orders over $500 shipping is FREE. Via UPS Ground service in the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping Charges
We are happy to help you with international shipping, please contact us with your complete ship to address. We will provide you shipping rates and options within 3 business days. Adaptive Star will pay for the shipping to the US domestic port of departure (within the 48 contiguous US) on orders over $500.00 US. The shipping charges for overseas destinations including taxes, duties and any other charges imposed by your government must be paid by you.
All standard shipping is sent via commercial ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx etc. Your order will travel by regular ground service which usually takes 3-10 working days for delivery once your order leaves the warehouse.
We are happy to help you with expedited shipped, please contact us with your complete ship to address and we will provide you with a shipping quote for approval. Your approval will be required before processes. You will be responsible for the additional cost.
Adaptive Star Mobility Inc. requires an adult signature for all orders over $300.00 value. You can waive the signature required option; your authorization will be required.
• You will be responsible for the delivery if it is lost by waiving the required signature.
When orders consist of several items, some of which are out of stock at the time of the order, we will fulfill the portions available.
Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available, we will keep you updated on the status.
Backordered items will not be charges for shipping.
Damages or short shipments must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged, please take pictures of the package and send to us. Please keep the package and inspect the item, should you find the item to be damaged please contact us immediately so we can help you.
If a package is delivered and shows damage to the package, note the damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it acknowledging the damage.
Contact our customer service department immediately and we will help get your order replaced and file an insurance claim.
Adaptive Star Mobility Inc. is closed the week of Christmas returning after the New Year. Family time is important to us, we want our team to enjoy time with family and friends over the holidays. If you place an order during this time, please note your order will not ship until after we return from holiday.
