Return Merchandise Policy
As long as the equipment is in new, re-saleable condition you have 30 days to return it. You must obtain a Return Authorization # and instructions for all returns. All returns are subject to a restocking or exchange fee 12%-20%. You are responsible for the return shipping of all items.
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret we cannot allow seat pads, headrest, or positioning aids to be returned if they have been unpackaged. This is for the health and safety of others for sanitary reasons**

There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.

  1. Keep your original carton and packaging materials for safe return. Please carefully repack the items in the original packaging and secure inside the box. Utilize any plastic or foam packing materials to protect the items being returned from vibration in shipping. Securely tape the box closed.
  2. Contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of the product. Email or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization #. You MUST have a Return Authorization # to ensure your return is processed.
  3. Return Authorization # MUST be largely written on the outside of the returned box.

Important notes regarding returns:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by a carrier.
  • If you paid a fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-refundable even upon return of your order.
  • You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the returned item due to lack of careful packaging of the return.
  • We will refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the return.
